Transparent conductive oxide, TCO specialty with conductivity close to metal , high visible spectrum transmittance , low resistivity , high infrared reflectance and other semiconductor characteristics , is widely used in different kinds of industries such as flat panel display, solar PV battery , touch screen , reflecting thermal mirror , coating of special functional window , photoelectron , microelectronics, field of vacuum electronic devices and so on.
We are currently supplying two series of TCO materials: In2O3 series and ZnO series .
The main products of In2O3 series include ITO, ITiO, IMO, IGZO. The main products of ZnO series include AZO, GZO and IZO.
ITO target is the compound of In2O3 and SnO2.

The content of Ga2O3 of GZO in NEXTECK mainly includes 0.6% and 3% .Other contents can be customized.
AZO target, namely aluminium and zinc oxide target , is a kind of conductive coating material widely used in flat panel display , solar battery , photoelectric device and radiation protection field etc . due to the characteristics of non-toxicity , low temperature of preparation , relatively simple technics and easy to dope .
GZO target is the compound of Ga2O3 and ZnO .
